On commencing the repair process, our Volkswagen Group trained technicians will connect your vehicle to Volkswagen and carryout a full diagnostic check to highlight any safety system faults. Our Volkswagen Group expert will then carry out the repair using Volkswagen Group methods and our customer team will keep you updated on progress.

As a part of the Volkswagen Group repair process your vehicle will be connected again during our Quality Control checks at the end of the repair to ensure all safety related systems are working correctly.

Once we’ve completed your repairs, you’ll be sent a Volkswagen Group Branded Repair Guarantee Certificate, so you can drive away in the knowledge that your vehicle has been repaired to the high standards expected from Volkswagen Group and your factory warranty is fully protected.
